ICBC has been named "2011 Excellent SME Service Organization" at the recent "Fifth China Small and Medium Enterprises Festival" held in Chengdu.
At this year's "Excellent Service Providers for the SME Forum", based on the responses from online votes and judging panel, ICBC has been named "2011 Excellent SME Service Organization", ICBC SME "Link Finance" was honored "2011 Excellent SMS Service Product".
Three ICBC staff - Dai Feng from Jiangsu Wuxi Branch, Tang Jindong from Zhejiang Shaoxing Zhuji Sub-Branch and Chen Xiaoyi from Guangdong Foshan Lecong Sub-Branch, together with SME Financial Service Center of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Sub-branch received "2011 Excellent SME Service Star Award".
As a long term strategy related, ICBC has been focused on the delivery of financial services to small enterprises and supported their growth over the past few years. To a large-scale commercial bank as ICBC, this is part of the Bank's social responsibility efforts as it helps the economy and society to move forward and provides job opportunities. It is also an important move for ICBC to adjust its own credit structure, nurture new growth pole and achieve sustainable development.
Winning the award bears testimony to ICBC's excellence in offering financial services to small-and-medium enterprises. In the next step, said an executive with ICBC, ICBC will continue the effort in the delivery of financial services for SMEs to another new level, focusing on business resource consolidation and product innovation.
