Royal Funds Unveils Global Strategic Capital Council to Strengthen Cross-Border Investment Cooperation

GENEVA, Switzerland — Royal Funds®, the Switzerland-based private equity and strategic investment platform, has announced the establishment of the Global Strategic Capital Council, a high-level international advisory initiative designed to strengthen collaboration between institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, governments, and strategic industries.

The initiative reflects the growing demand for trusted cross-border investment partnerships at a time when geopolitical shifts, artificial intelligence, energy security, digital infrastructure, and industrial transformation are reshaping global capital allocation.

Royal Funds Unveils Global Strategic Capital Council

According to Royal Funds Chairman Sertan Ayçiçek, institutional capital increasingly requires more than financial analysis.

"The next decade will not be defined simply by where capital exists, but by where trusted international relationships enable capital to move efficiently. Investment today is becoming a matter of diplomacy, governance, and strategic cooperation as much as finance."

The newly announced Council will bring together senior international business leaders, policymakers, institutional advisors, and investment professionals to exchange strategic perspectives on long-term capital deployment and emerging global opportunities.

Rather than functioning as an investment committee, the Council will serve as an independent strategic platform focused on:

- sovereign investment cooperation
- cross-border investment policy
- infrastructure partnerships
- AI and digital economy investments
- energy transition
- strategic manufacturing
- healthcare innovation
- aviation and logistics
- institutional governance

Royal Funds stated that the Council is expected to facilitate international dialogue while helping identify long-term investment themes that require cooperation across multiple jurisdictions.

Ayçiçek added that today’s investment landscape increasingly rewards organizations capable of combining capital with governance, diplomacy, and strategic execution.

"Global capital increasingly follows trust, institutional quality and long-term partnerships rather than short-term market cycles. The future belongs to investment ecosystems capable of aligning governments, private capital and innovation."

The Global Strategic Capital Council represents another step in Royal Funds’ long-term strategy to build an international platform connecting institutional capital with transformative investment opportunities across multiple regions and sectors.
