Woori Bank Co., Ltd. (formerly Hanvit Bank) is one of the largest commercial banks in South Korea and is a part of the Woori Financial Group. The Bank operates through its business segments: Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Credit Card, and other operations.

In May 2009, Woori Bank became the first Korean bank to issue UnionPay debit cards in China. As of December 31, 2023, Woori Bank had a total of 713 offices in South Korea and 24 branches internationally.

Woori Bank changed its name in 2002, and includes the former Commercial Bank of Korea, Hanil Bank, and Peace Bank.
