Danmarks Nationalbank (Danish National Bank) is the central bank of the Kingdom of Denmark. It is a non-eurozone member of the European System of Central Banks.
Danmarks Nationalbank is responsible for monetary policy with the objective to maintain price stability. The objective of monetary policy is to keep the krone stable vis-à-vis the euro. The bank has also been given the task to promote safe settlement of payments, securities trades, etc.
