The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) is one of 12 district banks in the FHLBank System. FHLB Dallas is a member-owned cooperative that supports housing and community development by providing competitively priced loans and other credit products to more than 900 members and associated institutions in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Texas. Total assets: US$ 33.2 billion (as of March 31, 2011).The Bank does not lend directly to the public, but provides low cost funds to its member institutions. The Bank supports the expansion of affordable housing opportunities and community revitalization through specialized community investment and affordable housing advances and grant programs.
