Natixis has been ranked 10th bookrunner of syndicated loans in the EMEA zone (Europ/Middle-East/Africa) for the first quarter of 2009, in the reference Dealogic database.
This testifies to asubstantial progress, compared to the first quarter of 2008 (rank 18th). At a time when volumes are being reduced, this position illustrates the constant commitment of Natixis to help finance European, and more particularly French businesses. Over the period of interest, six operations were identified, in the aggregate amount of $3.4 billion (this amount corresponds to the share of Natixis in said operations).
Natixis thus ran the investment of loans in excess of €10 billion (CADES and Enel), as well as the syndicated loans established for Faurecia, Monoprix and Trafigura alongside other banks.
