The 11th annual CX BFSI East Exchange will take place on October 15-16 2024 at the InterContinental Miami, Florida. Uniting senior experience leaders from the USA's largest banks, insurers, financial services providers, and FinTechs for two days of learning, networking, and discovery, attendees will gain valuable new perspectives on enhancing customer experiences in today’s complex landscape.
